General Criteria for part-time positions

• Spoken and written Thai & English or European language
• Computer literate, able to type in English and Thai
• Familiar with Internet, Web, Email, Calendar
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Access, Photoshop basics a big plus
• Familiar with basic property industry terminology, measurements and conversions, e.g. Rai, wah, sqm, etc.
• Thai National

General Criteria for remote-working (work from home) positions

• As Part-time; plus
• Possess reliable internet connection & working computer (MS Windows, Linux or Macintosh you can maintain) in a quiet space or room

N.B. Will be required to attend initial trainings as well as meetings in office or with customers from time to time as may be required.

General Criteria for full-time positions

• Spoken and written Thai & English or European language (English a must for senior management)
• Bachelor or Master level Degree or equivalent working experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances
• Fresh graduates may be considered for internship leading to the possibility of full time position.
• Computer and internet literate as part-time
• Thai National

N.B. Alien with own business, work permit, etc. in suitable industry may apply for their business to become an agent or franchisee, partner should they qualify

Internship Programme

Local university attendees wishing to work on a part-time basis or during their holidays will be given preference in consideration for full internship leading to the possibility of full time position.

Probation & Training

All positions are on a probation period of 3 months and subject to satisfactory completion of training.
